About Gabriel

Gabriel Sakakeeny, M.M., S.N.D., is an internationally recognized author, orchestra conductor, business leader, and inventor, who specializes in moving people and organizations to a state of high performance. His diverse background combines over 50 years of spiritual practice and teaching with more than 40 years in business leadership as a founder, audio engineer, consultant, coach, and maestro leading symphonic orchestras and building arts organizations. His unifying purpose in these activities is to create, communicate, and manifest that which is Eternal and Transcendent with and for those who are ready to do the work.

As a Performing Artist

Gabriel founded the American Philharmonic Association and invented a new for-profit business model for symphonic orchestras. He served as president and music director of that orchestra for 13 years. In 2011, he received Special Congressional Recognition from the United States Congress for his work with American Philharmonic as a conductor, cultural ambassador, and community leader. Today, he guest conducts, composes and orchestrates new music, and produces audio recordings of extraordinary quality. He is also the Executive Director of the Initiative for Orchestra Innovation and the inventor of the patent-pending OSIRES technology for reinforcing the orchestra’s string instruments. As a Spiritual Teacher & Coach

Gabriel brings the perspective and intuition of a lifetime of spiritual practice, discipline and growth to his relationships with his students. His spiritual path includes Western mystery school studies and practice, Transcendental Meditation, the Radha Soami Satsang Beas, senior leadership in the work of Werner Erhard and Landmark Education, and certification as a Spiritual Unfoldment Network teacher. As a Business Leader & Mentor

Gabriel has trained over 30,000 leaders at Fortune 100 and Middle Market companies around the world. He is a veteran of seven startups and has led several established companies in the electronics manufacturing, finance, performing arts, and professional services industries. He has authored the book "Subtle POWER – A Guide to the Human Operating System for Intentional Leaders" and an effective leadership development curriculum that is the 21st century evolution of the ancient wisdom traditions and the Human Potential Movement of the 20th century.
